Position Summary:

• The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely entry and payment of the company’s invoices.

Schedule:

• Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days remote
• Training for 4 weeks in the office 5 days

Education and/or Experience:

• One year certificate from college or technical school
  • Or one to three years of related experience and/or training

Certification/Licensure:

• At least 21 years old
• Valid Drivers License
• Valid Auto Insurance

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify invoices and check requests
• Input and upload invoices into the accounts payable system
• Prepare and issue accurate and timely payments via checks and electronic transfers
• Maintain vendors profiles, with appropriate coding, tax and bank information
• Professional and courteous correspondence with internal and external customers
• Respond timely to internal staff and external vendor inquiries
• Completes related tasks as required
