About the Role:
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Dover Farms. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. You will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that the property is well-maintained, fully occupied, and that residents are satisfied with their living experience. Your ultimate goal will be to help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will use your strong communication and customer service skills to interact with residents and prospective tenants. You will also use your organizational and administrative skills to assist with leasing, maintenance, and other daily operations. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, your knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations will help ensure that all residents are treated fairly and equally. Finally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical to your success in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.
