Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the key communicator between Sales, Customer Service, and Advertising departments, ensuring the smooth execution of the customer enrollment process
  • Use our personal approach to customer service to interact directly with clients, becoming their go-to resource for questions and support
  • Assist the sales team by providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers, helping to drive sales and meet weekly and monthly targets
  • Ensure the accuracy of customer data during renewal or acquisition processes to maintain our high standards
  • Attend in-person and virtual meetings to continuously expand your knowledge of clients and drive sales growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
