We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction

Pay:

$19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• espond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions.
