SalesBizLab  We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will handle incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction is consistently achieved. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document all customer interactions in our database for future reference.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle order processing and follow up on customer requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems.
