ABOUT THE POSITION

Schedule: This position is full-time, with shifts falling between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM.

The Role: As the Call Center Manager, your day begins with a quick team huddle to set goals and discuss the day's priorities. You oversee your team of customer service representatives, providing support, training, and motivation to meet key performance metrics. Throughout the day, you handle escalated customer issues, ensuring every concern is addressed swiftly and professionally. You follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, monitor call center operations, and keep the team on track. Your role is to lead by example, ensuring the highest level of customer service while keeping the environment upbeat and positive.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
  • Experience in call center management or leadership roles in customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet performance goals
  • A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
