What You'll Do
Support Potential Patients: Use thoughtful and effective questions to assess whether our dental implant solutions align with their needs and expectations.
Provide Empathetic Assistance: Clearly and compassionately communicate with potential patients, easing concerns and setting realistic expectations for their journey.
Manage Leads: Independently handle warm leads from web inquiries and inbound calls, following up promptly and maintaining strong relationships.
Meet Performance Goals: Work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversions and activities, without the pressure of cold calling.
Utilize Technology: Track activities and maintain organized notes in CRM systems like Zoho CRM and Open Dental to streamline patient care processes.
Collaborate as a Team: Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure patients receive exceptional service tailored to their needs.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales (healthcare or dental preferred).
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, with a focus on empathy and clear messaging.
Organized and Adaptable: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems and standard office software (experience with Zoho CRM and Open Dental is a plus).
Team-Oriented: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
