Sales Consultant
JOB TITLE:Sales Representative

SUMMARY: Develop business, sell our company's services, retain good relationships with customers, and services clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run In-Home Sales appointments to meet with our customers and homeowners
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling and to provide professional and outstanding customer service
- Achieve and maintain sales goal of $80,000+ total revenue per month by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
- Motivated and driven desire to move into management in the future.
- Receive an average customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 or higher by consistently delivering above customer expectations for timeliness, professionalism, quality of presentation, and willingness to help
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships with leads and converted customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Report relevant details on sales notes and customer project specifics in TCC’s CRM tool for TCC long term use and project installation details
- Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiates contracts and work agreements.
- Maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Providing customer service: Resolving customer complaints, handling returns, and price changes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of High School Education Required
- · 1+ years of experience in an outside sales role (preferably in a one-call close environment) consistently achieving sales quotes of at least $20,000/week
- Extensive familiarity and comfort with iPad and other mobile devices
- · Must have own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of valid auto insurance
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- · Energetic and dynamic personality
- · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- · Demonstrated problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges or meet customer objections with solutions
- · Highly-motivated and career-driven individual with high personal integrity
- In-home or home remodeling sales experience preferred
- Managerial experience a plus
- · Good interpersonal skills and team working capabilities enabling one to interface at all levels
- · Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

COMPENSATION:
- 1099 employee position giving a flat 10% commission
- A possible 2% self-generated lead opportunity
