Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation, implementation, execution, and management of all digital marketing campaigns, lead acquisition, and digital projects within the 4AIR brand. Including, but not limited to Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, reporting, market trend analysis, competitive research and website edits. They will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Events Coordinator to create and implement ongoing marketing campaigns that focus on promoting a robust content strategy, event and speaking activations, lead generation and client acquisition. Flexibility within this role is required to help support and collaborate with a growing marketing team.

LOCATION: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage campaign implementation across all digital channels including but not limited to Paid Search, Organic Search, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Lead Nurturing.
• Management of the brand's lead acquisition needs and lead flow process to ensure all form data, fields, field values and attributes are being actively tracked through our website properties to our CRM.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager on overall digital strategy, market share, rankings and visibility to properly position the brand’s growth within the marketplace.
• Organize cross-departmental project and strategy meetings in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
• Create reports and analyse data sets around lead attribution, market trends and competitive content performance to define and influence ongoing strategy alignment.
• Manage ongoing digital ad campaigns in Google Ads, META, and prepare reports that analyse campaign performance and influence future optimizations.
• Manage and implement ongoing Social Media strategies and align topics with content strategies, channels and audiences within the calendarization of all organic posts.
• Work with the Website Development team to ensure all managed websites are in compliance with search engines, ADA and security is up to date. You will also oversee the status of website project deliverables and project statuses through ongoing meetings with the Lead Website Developer.
• You will analyse and collaborate to ensure that all digital campaigns are hitting targeted KPIs, increasing lead quality, visibility, rankings and market share.
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
• 5 + years’ experience in managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns, preferably for a luxury brand or B2B advisory service or marketing firm.
• Experience running digital campaigns and working with cross-functional teams/specialists to track and optimize lead quality and performance.
• Ability to meet deadlines, must be comfortable prioritizing tasks, demonstrate flexibility, display a strong work ethic, fanatical attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Innovative and creative thinker; proactively identifies opportunities; motivated by challenge, change, and opportunity to help our brands look at things differently.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and consistently communicate with fellow marketers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook) (or similar platforms).
• Experience managing digital platforms: GA4, Google Search Console, GoogleAds Manager, GoogleAds, GTM, GMB, Microsoft Advertising, META, LinkedIn, DV360, Spyfu, SEMrush, DOMO, Salesforce, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CDP, TradeDesk (or similar platforms).
