Our well-known pharma client is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join their team for a 12 month assignment, potential to extend.
This role can be fully remote or onsite in Irvine, but you must work PST hours. For this role a 40-hour work week is not guaranteed, but the expectation is that once you're fully up to speed, the workload will equate to an approximate 40-hour work week. This can change at any time. Workloads will ebb and flow.
In Order To Be Considered, Digital Project Must Have - Creative agency experience
- Demonstrated experience at managing interactive/digital projects
- Problem solving in a team environment
Digital Project Manager Responsibilities - Schedule assessment meetings to establish the framework of projects
- Produce schedules, scopes of work and estimates for all interactive projects
- Route these projects through the internal approval, editorial and med reg process
- Act as the liaison between accounts/editorial and the resources in the interactive studio and manage the progress of interactive production
- Provide digital technology consultation and establish project parameters
- Push interactive jobs through the agency; act as the liaison between the technical and creative teams; provide day-to-day project direction
- Lead all production-related meetings regarding interactive jobs based on account/brands assignments
- Initiate and oversee the routing process; dynamically audit reviewers list based on process stage; understand the regulatory/ZINC process; prepare all jobs to go through ZINC
- Coordinate interactive resources with studio/programming/creative leads
Additional Qualifications - 5+ years of experience, marketing/advertising agency preferred
- BA degree or equivalent business/industry/project experience within the interactive workspace
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
