RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Director-Merchant Compliance is the contact for subsidiaries regarding certifications for new and existing front-end vendors. You will manage compliance to all Card Brand Data Integrity programs and develop and implement high level corporate strategies as they relate to changing card brand requirements.
  • Develop corporate initiatives and implement high level strategies as they relate to changing card brand requirements
  • Ensure deadlines are met and company has maintained minimum compliance
  • Manage multiple employees at various levels on the Compliance and Analytics teams
  • Manage relationships between us and external vendors at a strategic level
  • Oversee and manage all communications with vendors and third-party organizations as it relates to compliance, regulatory changes, and initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; OR Associate's Degree AND 2 years relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience in the payment industry with merchant relationship compliance
  • Must be 18 years of age or older


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)
  • 3 years of people leadership experience
  • Make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments
  • Foster a cooperative work environment
  • Plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects
  • Skilled in budget preparation and fiscal management
  • Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills
