Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, widely recognized as one of New York’s premier human services providers, is a settlement house founded in 1894 that provides an extensive array of effective and integrated services—social, educational, legal, health, housing, mental health, nutritional and fitness—which significantly improve the lives of 16,000 people in need each year, ages 3 to 103, on the East Side of Manhattan. We are seeking a new leader to join our terrific seven-person Accounting team: Director of Accounting/Controller. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer and partnering with her, the Accounting Manager and the four other accountants, the Director of Accounting/Controller will work closely with the Executive Director, senior leadership and program leaders across the Neighborhood House to ensure accounting, financial and programmatic success for our clients and our historic multiservice organization with a $25M budget.
