This leadership opportunity is located onsite in Redondo Beach, California.This senior manager is responsible of overall F-35 Risks, Issues, and Opportunity (RIO) Management process implementation, execution, and training. This manager will integrate all Risks, Issues, and Opportunities cross three operating units (Production, Development and Sustainment), International Programs, and Functions on F-35 program. RIO manager will adjudicate potential conflicts handling ownerships of risk handling, guide the Program RIO Process throughout the entire life cycle from identification, implementation, to realization or retirement. The RIO Manager will interface with multiple disciplines including internal Program Management, IPT Leaders, functional leaders, and Chief Engineering Office. Candidate will be responsible for all Risk, Issue and Opportunity (RIO) Management Processes and work all aspects of RIO management at the Program Level. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
