Job Description

Job Summary: The Field Operator is responsible for learning and operating equipment and processes used in the regeneration of mobile trailers and steel tanks within a water and chemical industry environment. The role involves physically demanding tasks, operating process instrumentation, troubleshooting and performing repairs on equipment, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and operate the regeneration process and equipment.
• Safely control the flow of water and chemicals through pipelines and hoses for regenerating mobile trailers and steel tanks.
• Learn how to operate the membrane cleaning skid.
• Physically connect and move hoses between process equipment, trailers, and tanks.
• Stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
• Use process instrumentation and hand-held devices for job duties.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on mobile trailers, steel tanks, plant equipment, and piping.
• Perform 5S job duties, including housekeeping, painting, and autonomous maintenance as directed by supervision.
• Complete required paperwork using basic to intermediate computer skills.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work safely in a chemical and water treatment environment.
• Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as directed.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving hoses, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs.
• Ability to work in various outdoor elements (rain, sun, etc.) throughout the shift.

• Experience operating process equipment in a chemical environment.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

• Strong work ethic, punctual, and reliable.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Customer-focused with the ability to multi-task to meet production deadlines.
• Motivated and hands-on approach to tasks.
