Sales Agent/Freight Broker

As a Sales Agent, you'll:

• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Leverage your existing book of business to secure new opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Negotiate rates and terms to achieve profitable deals.
• Collaborate effectively with the dispatch team for seamless client handoffs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry events.

Main Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through visits, phone calls, and emails to generate new business.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate rates and terms to secure profitable deals.
• Utilize company systems for customer management and tracking.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of sales success
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
