Title: Infrastructure Engineer or System Admin ( VMware & Tanium )

Employment Type: 1+ year w2 Contract

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6 10 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware virtualization technology.
  • Proficiency in security patch management and system hardening, with specific experience using Tanium.
  • Hands-on experience with IT hardware support, storage, and backup solutions.
• Soft Skills
  • Organization & Time Management : Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Communication : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving : Results-driven mindset with a passion for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Additional Desirable Qualifications
  • Familiarity with IT Operations Management principles and best practices.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft/VMware certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience with other endpoint management tools is an advantage.
