The purpose of the Instructional Designer role is to develop engaging and effective educational materials and training programs that align with the mission to provide high-quality personalized healthcare. This position will leverage their expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles to create impactful training solutions for medical staff and other stakeholders
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Curriculum Development and Mapping:
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop instructional materials, including online courses, workshops, job aids, and assessments.
Utilize curriculum mapping to ensure alignment of educational programs with organizational goals, competency frameworks, and learner outcomes.
Ensure all training materials are aligned with HCMG’s mission, values, and learning objectives.
Content Creation and Evaluation:
Develop and write engaging content that facilitates learning and knowledge retention, incorporating various multimedia elements (videos, graphics, and interactive components).
Revise and update existing training materials based on feedback and changing organizational needs.
Use data and feedback to refine instructional materials continuously.
Technology Integration:
Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies to deliver and track training programs.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in instructional design to enhance training delivery.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the training team, management, and other departments to ensure training initiatives meet operational needs and support employee development.
