As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Logistics and Warehousing Senior Manager to lead our supply chain, logistics, and warehousing operations.

What You Will Doing

• Lead and optimize all logistics operations, including transportation, import/export, material management, and warehousing to ensure product availability and cost-effective distribution.
• Oversee supply chain processes, maintaining real-time inventory accuracy while driving key performance metrics like on-time delivery, inventory holding, and logistics costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics and warehousing activities with company objectives, ensuring compliance with safety and medical device regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and meeting regulatory standards.

What We Need

• Bachelor's degree or master’s in logistics, supply chain management or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a proven track record in highly regulated environments, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Strong expertise in logistics operations, material management, transportation, and import/export regulations, including international trade compliance.
• Knowledgeable in capacity planning, inventory management, and international trade regulations, particularly regarding China export and labeling requirements. 
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders; fluency in English required, with Mandarin proficiency a plus.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position located in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location, additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
