Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
  • Create engaging content including posts, videos, and graphics that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for maximum engagement.
  • Manage the placement and optimization of social media ads to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs; compile regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify and engage with third-party content creators, influencers, and potential marketing agencies to expand our reach and enhance our online presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, digital content creation, and influencer marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and creative content creation.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for each.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at storytelling and creating engaging content.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and managing relationships with content creators is a plus.
