Natural Gas Compression Lubricant Sales Manager Are you ready to take your career to the next level and make a tangible impact in the lubricants industry? We’re looking for dynamic and passionate Account Managers to lead the charge in expanding our sales across the USA and Canada. Are you an expert in lubricants with a keen understanding of their critical role in large compression machinery used in pipelines? If you’re passionate about driving innovation and improving performance in this vital sector, we have the perfect role for you! Account Managers are responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding Lubricants sales in USA and Canada (for the assigned sectors, customers, and regions), working directly with customers and prospects or engaging with other Account Managers. Interact with other divisions and support teams to guarantee customer satisfaction, business compliance & continuity as well as sales growth. Deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that drive win-win scenarios for the customer and the company. Own the customer/prospect relationship and is the primary point of contact for customers Ensure the company has a competitive value proposition, knowing the product portfolio and related services (Distribution, Oil Analysis, Trainings, Logistics and Pricing) and requesting new product and service developments / improvements when necessary In a team player spirit, interact with all Industrial Account Managers and other associated roles and divisions, to increase the overall industrial business results Take a leadership role internally with multiple departments to ensure customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.
