• $195,000 Guaranteed Salary (DOE)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Optometry - Full-Time / On-Site
• Indian Health Services
• 4 Day Work Week (10-Hour Days)
• Approximately 12 Patients per Day
• No Weekend or Call Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Optometry (OD)

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree

COMMUNITY Optometry (OD)
