Daikin Comfort Technologies North America has started the journey of companywide transformation with cornerstone projects such as Salesforce (CRM) and SAP (ERP) implementation. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to join our dynamic team as a Manager of OCM to strategize, drive, and manage transformational changes. The OCM Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring successful planning, execution, and implementation of organizational changes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new initiatives, systems, and processes.
Responsibilities • Develop Change Management Plans: Support the Director of OCM in creating and executing comprehensive change management strategies and detailed project plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Identify and engage key stakeholders, develop and implement communication plans, and conduct regular updates and feedback sessions.
- Monitor and Evaluate Change Progress: Track progress against milestones, collect and analyze stakeholder feedback, and adjust change plans as needed.
- Monitor Change Impacts and Adoption: Conduct impact assessments, develop mitigation strategies, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support employees in adopting new processes and technologies.
- Collaboration with Program Teams: Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and CRM analysts to integrate change management activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate change initiatives, track the ADKAR journey, create feedback loops for improvement, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Accountable for implementation of policies, processes, and procedures to drive results.
- Drive and manage transformational change at all levels of the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Nature & Scope • Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
- Manages projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervision.
- Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.
- Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
Knowledge & Skills • Proven experience in organizational change management, ideally in a corporate environment or consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, best practices, and how people go through a change.
- Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal project members as well as external consultants.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience • At least 5 years of experience leading change management for difficult to moderately complex programs and/or;
- 7 plus years of leadership experience in project management roles.
- Experience with Salesforce implementations or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience in HVAC industry with understanding of OEM “Go-to-Market" (GTM) strategies a plus.
Education/Certification • Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, IT, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification in change management is highly desirable (e.g., Prosci certification).
