RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with parts counter sales staff to locate any parts not in stock
• Delegate & oversee special orders & projects that may involve requests from our customers.
• Communicate or direct communications with customers on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Be responsible in following all company safety policies and procedures for yourself and staff.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of GM Parts experience required
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer and typing skills required
