We are among the largest conditioning, handling, and packaging automated equipment suppliers in the world - whether for nutrition, agriculture, organics or industrial products. You will be managing a team of dynamic and innovative individuals at our newly built, state-of-the-art facility in Montgomery, AL.


Your future role

• Guide and empower your team and other team members
• Oversee and optimize inventory management within a manufacturing setting
• Manage WIP inventory to ensure efficient production flow and minimize bottlenecks
• Lead inventory cycle count and variance investigations
• Perform physical inventory counts to verify accuracy and consistency
• Service parts tracking and reporting
• Set up performance indicators with follow-up
• Continuous Improvement by suggesting new work procedures to gain efficiency
• Provide our customers and partners with great customer service

Required skills

• At least 3 years of managing a team
• Experience in supply chain and logistics in an industrial or manufacturing facility
• Training in purchasing and sale of mechanical parts and accessories or an equivalent combination of experience
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of parts
• Proficiency in analyzing inventory data to make informed decisions and forecasts
• Experience with JD Edwards/Oracle ERP system
• Knowledge of Lean principles
• Communication skills
• Team spirit
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
