We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Print Production Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of print production and distribution, from initial order to final delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Production Coordination:

 

• Coordinate and facilitate all print production and distribution of customer materials.
• Confirm information when receiving orders, write work orders, and purchase requisitions.
• Collaborate with the team to help maintain an accurate project schedule.
• Convert estimates to jobs and plan the most effective production methods.
• Participate in daily production meetings with the team.

 

Sales and Client Support:

• Assist in the sales process by communicating with sales, production, and outside vendors.
• When appropriate, advise sales and clients on the best strategies to achieve project success.
