We're hiring for an experienced Production Manager for our commercial print production facility in Coppell, Texas.

Ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with industrial printing experience and related technical knowledge. Must have experience managing a departmental budget and prior experience with capacity planning.

Job Duties 

• Must have strong analytical skills to be able to effectively consolidate and report critical information to management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
• Solid organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Must be able to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure
• Must be detail-oriented and able to review jobs before they are inserted and after to ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and promote teamwork.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts, overtime, including weekends & holidays.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding operational environment
