Schedule: Exempt / In Office / Monday-Friday

Salary: $80k-$85k
DOE Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and budget. As an integral part of our Product Development team, you will collaborate and work alongside engineering team to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgetary constraints.
Essential Functions: • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Responsible for overseeing the organization of engineering projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and other project details.
• Attends all product development meetings, leads meetings when necessary.
• Ongoing contact for status on all projects for Product Managers, Brand Managers, and Marketing staff.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to engineers.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using Monday software.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Supervisory Responsibilities: • Coach, mentor, motivate, and indirectly supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Required Education & Experience: • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Project Management; high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years' experience in a technical or professional position is accepted in lieu of degree.
• Product Development/Manufacturing knowledge preferred
• 3-5 years of project management experience preferred
• Experience with Monday project management software preferred.
Required Skills and Knowledge: • Proficient to expert skill level in Microsoft office suite.
• Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management.
• Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals.
• Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
• Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.
