The Proposal Consultant for Government Contracts at Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI) will play a pivotal role in managing and developing proposals for large government contracts. You will be responsible for creating high-quality proposals that align with strategic goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful submission. Key Responsibilities: Research, prepare, and write proposals in response to government solicitations. Coordinate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals. Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and company policies throughout the proposal development process. Review and edit proposals for clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Implement best practices in proposal management and continuously seek improvements in proposal processes. Participate in proposal strategy meetings and contribute ideas that enhance competitive positioning. Assist in the development of proposal schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, specifically in government contracts and large vehicles. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong understanding of federal government acquisition processes and regulations. Proficient in proposal writing and editing, with a focus on clarity and persuasiveness. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
