Job Description

General Description: The Recruiter will identify and attract top talent, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and be well-versed in various recruiting strategies. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding the right individuals who will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to source, attract, and engage a diverse pool of candidates.

  • Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.

  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, promptly addressing inquiries, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process.

  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Previous equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in using recruitment software.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Adaptability and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment.

  • Visual acuity and ability to read small print.

  • Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others.

  • Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment.

  • Mobility and ability to move around the office as needed.

  • Possession of a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
