Vocovision is seeking an experienced BCBA for an immediate , fully remote position as a 1099 independent contractor . Responsibilities:

• Provide remote ABA services and conduct behavior assessments for clients in Wisconsin.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to client needs.
• Supervise RBTs and work closely with families and other professionals.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation on client progress and treatment plans.
• Ensure that services are aligned with ABA best practices and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and Wisconsin state licensure .
• At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and remote service delivery.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to start immediately and manage a flexible schedule independently.
