Remote Long-Term Opportunity: Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a remote, long-term opportunity . This position is ideal for someone eager to grow into a Project Manager role.

The Project Coordinator will support the Program Manager and assist with administrative tasks critical to the project's success. This includes working on multiple software development projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

• Take detailed notes during meetings and track action items.
• Organize project dependencies and ensure updates are accurate and timely.
• Assist the Program Manager in managing various aspects of the project by handling administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members in a highly collaborative environment.
• Experience with tools like SmartSheets, Excel, and Google Docs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within PST hours.
• Previous experience in a software development project environment.
