\nThe Sales Rep Trainee will learn the essential skills to prepare for a Sales Representative opportunity and provide coverage to routes when necessary. Our Sales Reps ensure the successful sale, distribution and retail execution of our products and related programs resulting in the overall volume growth of the accounts within the assigned territory.
\nWhat you'll be doing:
\nCovering sales and merchandising routes
\nStrengthening relationships with account decision makers
\nEnsuring that all product is rotated, and code policy is followed
\nGenerating the successful sale, distribution and placement of products
\nProper merchandising of accounts with permanent and paper POS
\nEffective accounts receivable collections within corporate credit policy
\nConducting promotions in accounts on a regular basis or when required
\nOrganizing and executing placement of neons and signage at all accounts
\nHandling customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries as they arise
\nMaintaining the schedule of weekly account appointments as assigned
\nBeing on- premise for every shift
\nOther duties as assigned
\nWhat you'll need to succeed:
\nBachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
\nExcellent oral and written communications skills
\nEnthusiastic, high-energy, and self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\nAbility to work in all environments (including physical labor such as lifting, standing, sitting, kneeling, etc.)
\nMust have strong attention to detail, communicate effectively, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation
