Position Summary: The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will be charged with providing full lifecycle recruiting in support of the Agency's various Divisions by partnering closely with the hiring managers to ensure that the recruiting process moves efficiently and that we are effectively identifying and hiring the best talent the Agency needs to achieve its' goals. Coordinate all aspects of recruiting, including posting and advertising job openings; track metrics on posting sources to inform future use of advertising dollars and posting practices. In addition, act as an "Employee Advocate" by developing new hire engagement strategies during their first year of employment (e.g. 30-60-90-180-day touch points), to assist with improving retention.
Responsibilities: - Conduct client engagement meetings, with hiring managers to confirm position requirements, targeted marketing (best practices) and specific competency profile.
- Ensure candidates meet job description and funder requirements related to experience, education, registration, certification and/or licensure.
- Conduct interviews on potential candidates, using industry-standard techniques (via telephone pre-screening and remote and/or in-person).
- Develop standardized competency-based behavioral interview questions for management, and line staff positions.
- Use a multichannel targeted sourcing strategy to identify and recruit potential active and passive candidates; review, assess and prioritize resumes.
- Use professional judgment and discernment to make decisions on the most qualified candidates to forward to the hiring manage.
- Manage the departmental interview process and provide professional guidance coordinating the salary offer post appropriate approvals.
- Manage candidate flow utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist in training hiring managers in process changes related to the new technology; create and run recruitment reports such as open requisition summaries, time to fill, recruitment expenses and any others as needed.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and identify other venues of finding and attracting top talent and increasing Aunt Martha's brand and employer presence.
- Use social media to identify passive candidates; assist in developing a social media presence and strategy for talent acquisition.
- Assist with the development, implementation and process improvement initiatives of the full hiring life-cycle workflow process steps, service level agreements (SLA) and new hire documentation.
- Serve as an employee advocate for acclimating new hires into Aunt Martha's culture.
- Develop new hire retention strategies to include engagement activities during their first year of employment.
- Conduct management and candidate data analysis to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and engagement activities to improve retention.
- Complete all Core Curriculum Training(s) required for this position.
- Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field required.
- A.I.R.S, R.A.C.R., PHR or SHRM-CP Certification Designation
Minimum Qualifications: - A minimum of five (5) years of high-volume, full-cycle talent acquisition experience in the healthcare industry is required.
- Must have demonstrated ATS and HRIS experience is required.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills required.
- Excellent customer service, communication (interpersonal, written and presentation) with the ability to assess, persuade and negotiate with internal/external customers/clients.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of HR policies, procedures, Federal/State legislation as it impacts Employment Law and general HR Administration.
- Project Management and Metrics Reporting experience is required'
- Ability to work as team player within HR and across all divisions of the organization.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS - Current driver's license.
- Current auto insurance.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends in order to connect with candidates.
- Ability to travel to all Aunt Martha's locations.

- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and understand/carry out detailed instructions.
