Flowers Early Learning is a high-quality preschool located in Watervliet , Michigan and is currently looking for Site Monitor , serving classrooms with children ages 0-5 .

Position Summary: Assists staff in maintaining a safe environment for Head Start children. Site Monitor responsibilities include monitoring children in hallways and exit areas to prevent them from roaming or leaving the building. The position also requires conducting frequent visual safety checks of the outside grounds and playground areas to ensure the safety of both staff and children. Additional duties may include assisting with bus loading and unloading, including the placement and removal of barricades, and replenishing bathroom supplies as needed.
Job Type: Full Time, Program Year, Non-Exempt
Expected Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00a-4:30p
Rate of Pay: HS/GED $15:50 AA or Higher $17.08
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Related Experience: Must be 18 years or older, have a Valid Driver’s License, and reliable transportation.
