Woodfield Country Club is looking for an experienced Spa & Salon Receptionist. The receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments for members, answering phones, and providing a high standard of customer service to our membership. Must have strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
Part-time hourly positions available. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
* Professional, courteous service to all inquiries, whether they are in person or on the phone.
* Serve as a control to ensure that all those entering the facility are authorized to do so.
* Escort any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible.
* Possess a working knowledge of all facility opening/closing procedures.
* Operate point of sale system and charge member appropriately for goods and services rendered.
* Keep work area clean and presentable at all times.
* Accurately schedule appointments for facials and massages, hair and nails.
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in a luxury spa and/or salon environment required
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
* Excellent computer skills
* Knowledge of Encore/JONAS scheduling systems preferred
* 2 to 3 years experience preferred
