Job Description

Trust & Safety Policy Analyst Looking for a solid trust and safety analyst to join a team and use their expertise in policy assessment to review comprehensive policies. This person will need to be comfortable working with highly sensitive, offensive, and non-routine information in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment. This person should have a background and understanding of policy assessment for large organizations with web-based presences. This position will require someone to be self-motivated and driven and require minimal hand holding. Required:

• •trong background in policy assessment and be comfortable reviewing offensive text.
• •trong understanding of safety classifiers and experience testing the existing classifiers while assessing if materials meet the policy criteria.
• •trong communication skills – written, verbal and visualizations.
• •trong ability to stay motivated while performing repetitive assessment tasks.
• •dvanced problem-solving abilities with great judgement, and decision-making tactics.
• •bility to effectively navigate both strategic and tactical objectives.
• •rack record of identifying & analyzing improvements for the business and improving the customers experience all while driving efficiency higher.
