Sandhu Law Group LLC is seeking Bankruptcy Attorney for our Greater Cleveland, Ohio office location.

Sandhu Law Group LLC (“SLG”) is a full-service default and creditors’ rights law firm delivering quality, cost-effective legal services for financial institutions throughout the Greater Cleveland Area, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Job Description:

• Candidate will be responsible for individual case load under supervision of senior attorney. Work will include research, motion writing and court appearances. Travel to outlying courts is required.
• Manage and oversee Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases, including preparation and filing of necessary legal documents
• Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings and hearings
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure accurate and timely case management
• Stay informed about changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations

Required/Preferred Qualifications:

• Actively seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Ohio Bar admission is required
• Strong understanding of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy laws and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting
