HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

The role is critical for leading Merchandise Data Governance engagement across the organization inclusive of delivering future state data models across the merch data ecosystem, most of which enable various strategic initiatives. The role is also responsible for driving enterprise alignment by establishing, growing, and managing intake and engagement models within the merch data governance space, as well as roadmap ownership.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Experience establishing and delivering business-facing data models that align with tech requirements.

  • Experience driving cross-functional business alignment of merch data governance sponsored decisions.

  • Create, promote, facilitate and manage agenda of merch data governance council meetings.

  • Identify and maintain partnerships with enterprise data stewards.
