Your day to day as a Operations Supervisor

As a Full-Time Operations Supervisor at Viking Coca-Cola in Alexandria, MN, you'll take the reins in supervising VCC and First Choice route personnel, driving excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. You'll provide direction and guidance to a talented team while ensuring consistent operating procedures that enhance quality service.

You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards. Collaborating closely with route drivers, you'll gain firsthand insight into our operations, enhancing your skills and leadership. A valid Class D driver's license and a health card are mandatory, ensuring compliance with our Vehicle Safety Policy. While a Class A driver's license is preferred, your leadership capabilities and problem-solving acumen will be at the forefront of this dynamic role. Attention to detail is crucial as you manage inventory, monitor spoilage control, and conduct inspections. Proficiency in software tools-particularly Streamware for Vending-will enhance your ability to oversee operations effectively.

With a customer-centric mindset and the ability to analyze Key Business Indicators, you'll drive productivity and efficiency while facilitating a high-performance environment. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Valid Class D driver's license and health card with satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check according to the company's Vehicle Safety Policy (It is preferred but not required that the Operations Supervisor has a valid class A driver's license)
